Lois Lenarduzzi fell into the art world quite by accident. Due to health issues, she gave up her massage therapy practice and began a journey toward reinventing herself and her life with the help of writing and painting. She is always looking for new ways for fun and freedom – two of her three favourite ‘F’ words.
Lois writes, paints, and dances – no formal training, no arts degree – just a willingness to expand her playground, and air out her busy busy mind. She also
facilitates workshops in the Sweetly Warped Creativity Club to enhance women’s inner and outer worlds through the arts of self-expression and play.

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2000. My thriving massage therapy practice includes BioEnergetics (BIE) giving my clients more options for natural healing. After studying at The Institute of Natural Health and Technologies (INHT), I became a Registered BioEnergetics Practitioner in 2013. As of 2018 I added Aromatherapy and Reflexology to my practice. In 2022 I launched my own essential oils line and added products such as heating pads and ice packs to my business. 

I continue to expand my knowledge of the body by taking courses in nutrition, reiki, exercise and health and wellness in order to provide the best care for my clients. My passion is to provide personalized holistic solutions for you and your family.
