🌙 Mercury Retrograde (July 17–August 10, 2025)

Mercury Retrograde has a bit of a reputation… tech troubles, miscommunications, travel delays, old emotions rising up. But truthfully?
It’s a natural pause point – a time to slow down, reflect, and realign.

As entrepreneurial women, we’re often focused on what’s next – what’s launching, what’s growing, what’s moving forward. But sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is pause and listen.

Here’s how I’m navigating this retrograde – and how you can support your own nervous system, mindset, and momentum over the next few weeks:

1. Let it be slower.

This isn’t the time to force outcomes or rush decisions. It’s a chance to reassess what’s still aligned. If you feel resistance – it might be guidance. Pause. Get quiet. Ask: Is this still true for me? 

Micro-reset: Step outside. Feel your feet on the earth. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Start again.

2. Double-check – then breathe it out.

Mercury rules communication, so it’s easy for wires to get crossed. Whether it’s tech glitches or tricky conversations, give yourself space.

Wellness tip: Reread the email. Reconfirm the date. Then let it go with grace.

3. Don’t launch – recalibrate.

This is the time to review what’s already in motion. What’s asking for refinement? What needs completion before something new begins?

Reflection prompt: “What loose ends want tying up so I can move forward with clarity?”

 4. Support your nervous system.

You might feel a little more sensitive during retrograde – and that’s okay. Your body is wise. Listen to what it needs: quiet, connection, nourishment

Grounding practice: Warm tea, hands over heart, a moment of stillness. You don’t need permission to rest.

 5. Reconnect to what truly matters.

Retrogrades bring our attention back to what we’ve neglected – whether that’s a passion project, a personal practice, or a relationship that needs tending.

Ask: “Where am I being called back to my center?”

This is a chance to reset.

Use Mercury Retrograde to realign your voice, your energy, and your actions with what feels good, true, and purposeful. Not everything needs to move forward right now. Some things need to root deeper.


You’re allowed to slow down.
You’re allowed to shift direction.
You’re allowed to take care of yourself in the process.
