Shredding in the New Year

Shredding in the New Year

It can be the same in life – how many of us carry around or store things that no longer serve our highest good? There are probably old beliefs that weren’t even ours to start with – they were trained into us by our parents and caregivers as we grew. There might be old traumas and griefs that were never resolved as we moved along our life path.

Changing Perspectives

Changing Perspectives

As seasons change, I go through a renewal of thought, perspective, and goals for the coming months. In the winter, we have the new year, so this is a time of renewal. I like to spend lots of time cleaning and purging the things in my house that no longer serve me so I can go outside when the weather is nicer.

Stepping Outside of My Comfort Zone

Stepping Outside of My Comfort Zone

A Letter to my Saboteurs:

My dear beleaguered saboteurs,

First and foremost,  I wish to say thank you.  I know that this letter finds you in fine fettle.  I apologize for not writing to you individually, but as I know that you share everything,  I thought this would be beneficial.  I promise you that I will address you all in turn, as we move forward.

IT’S THE HAP-HAPPIEST SEASON OF ALL

Christmas begins when I hear the carols blasting in the stores and the seasonal decorations arrive on the shelves in mid-November.

You’re either the one who rolls their eyes and mumbles distaste under your breath or you’re the one clapping a yippee in anticipation.
